Little Falls Family Physicians is a family medicine clinic providing primary care in Centre Wellington as part of the Upper Grand Family Health Organization. Our physicians have individual practices, in addition to working at Groves Memorial Community Hospital, but provide cross coverage as needed to care for our patients. All of our staff and physicians strive to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients and value the privilege to be able to serve our community in this way.
